By registering an account, listing a business, or requesting access to details of listed businesses on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. User Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming legally binding contracts to use this Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the listing and registration process, including your official legal name, contact information, and verification details.

3. Business Listings & Verification

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and validity of all metrics, description statements, and documentation submitted in listings. While BuyABusiness.co conducts basic document and data verification checks before publishing listings, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR BUYERS: Listings do not constitute legal or financial advice. All prospective buyers are strongly encouraged and expected to perform independent professional due diligence, audits, and physical inspections before initiating business acquisitions.

4. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Access to detailed business prospectuses, verified profit metrics, operational layouts, and seller identity is strictly conditional upon digitally signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement. By checking the agreement checkbox and submitting the inquiry:

• You agree to keep all disclosed business operations, metrics, and details strictly confidential.
• You will not disclose, copy, or distribute information to third parties (except professional legal/financial advisors bound by confidentiality).
• You will not circumvent the seller or contact their employees, customers, or suppliers directly without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

BuyABusiness.co provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from transactions, negotiations, or acquisitions conducted between users on the Platform.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after updates constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
